Proof of Travel
Your international travel must be within either two weeks or four weeks if you need to obtain a foreign visa. Proof of international travel includes but is not limited to a flight itinerary, hotel reservation, cruise tickets, business letter, employment purpose or personal travel letter.
Examples of acceptable proof of travel:
TRAVEL ITINERARY
A copy of your international travel itinerary from an airline or travel agency showing your name and date of travel.
BUSINESS TRAVEL LETTER
A business letter from an employer describing the purpose of travel, destination(s) and planned travel date.
