Visa requirements

A Tourist Card issued upon arrival is accepted in lieu of a tourist visa for a stay in Venezuela of up to 90 days. When traveling with business purposes, a visa must be obtained prior to travel.

Consular Jurisdiction applies to visas for Venezuela. For residents of the following states please use the appropriate visa application form.

Use visa application DC if you live in DC, KY, MD, OH, VA, WV.

Use visa application SFO if you live in AK, AZ, CA, CO, HI, ID, MT, NV, OR, UT, WA, WY.

Use visa application NYC if you live in CT, DE, NJ, NY, PA, RI, VT.

Residents of other states please contact Allstate Passports & Visas for service availability and requirements.


  1.   1 completed and signed visa application DC or visa application SFO or visa application NYC form.
  2.   The original passport with at least 1 blank visa page.
  3.   2 recent professional passport size photos of the applicant.
  4.    For business visa - a business letter of responsibility ( sample ) is required, to be typewritten on your company letterhead.
  5.   A copy of round trip airline tickets or flight itinerary is required.
  6.   Visa processing Order Form.

Visas and passports are normally sent by U.S. Mail or Express package services (FedEx, UPS, DHL, etc.) and are subject to the conditions set by these Companies for Shipment. Documents which are submitted in the manner different from the above will not be accepted. After visa is received please check it and if you discover any mistake return it to us for correction.
