Your passport
Original, with at least one blank visa page.

Two passport photos
Recent and professional.

Business visa
An official invitation from the host company in Uzbekistan, processed through the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and sent to the embassy directly (a copy to you if possible). Business visas only.

Tourist visa
A copy of an official invitation processed by an Uzbek travel agency through the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, plus a copy of your round-trip ticket or itinerary. Tourist visas only.

Ship everything to us
Use the prepaid FedEx label from your order email to send your documents overnight from a staffed FedEx location. Documents that reach us by 10 AM Pacific Time start processing that day.
