Approval letter
From the Immigration Department in Vientiane, requested by your host company in Laos and sent to the Embassy of Laos in Washington, DC. Arranged by your host.

Flight itinerary
A copy of your airline tickets or itinerary.

Ship everything to us
Use the prepaid FedEx label from your order email to send your documents overnight from a staffed FedEx location. Documents that reach us by 10 AM Pacific Time start processing that day.
