Visa requirements

  1.   1 completed and signed visa application form.
  2.   The original passport with at least 1 blank visa page.
  3.   1 recent professional passport size photo of the applicant.
  4.    For a business visa - a letter of responsibility ( sample ) is required, to be typewritten on your company letterhead. For a toursit visa, include a letter addressed to: "Visa Section, Embassy of Bahrain, Washington D.C." explaining purpose of travel to Bahrain, brief itinerary, and the applicant's responsibility for all travel expenses.
  5.    Copy of round trip airline tickets or itinerary.
  6.   Visa processing Order Form.

Note: US citizens can obtain a tourist or business visa for a stay of up to 2 weeks upon arrival in Bahrain or in advance through Bahrain Government's E-visa website.

Allstate Passports & Visas will not be responsible for any loss or delays incurred for shipments consigned to these delivery services. Documents which are submitted in the manner different from the above will not be accepted. After visa is received please check it and if you discover any mistake return it to us for correction. Allstate Passports & Visas and the Embassy / Consulate General will not be responsible for the mistakes which are not brought to their attention before departure from the USA.
